Licence & purchase terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms cover the digital books and guided readers sold by Kinetivy Learning. Purchase support: hello@kinetivy.com. Seller and tax details are shown on the payment receipt where applicable.
What is included
Each edition includes the complete A4 PDF, reflowable EPUB and the corresponding guided learning reader. The product page shows the price in INR. The total displayed at checkout is the amount payable; any applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment.
Your personal-use licence
After captured payment is confirmed, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning and professional development. You may download the books to your own devices and print a personal copy. You may create original portfolio work using the educational ideas, while preserving accurate evidence and source attribution.
You may not redistribute, upload publicly, resell, sublicense, share paid downloads, or remove copyright notices. Team and classroom distribution requires written permission. Established authors' frameworks, trademarks and external sources retain their respective rights; references do not imply endorsement.
Access and delivery
Access opens after captured payment has been verified by the server. Keep the payment reference and private access code. Browser sessions and recovery codes expire after 30 days. Expiry does not cancel the personal-use licence for downloaded files; contact purchase support for access assistance.
Scope of the learning material
The books are educational. They do not promise employment, certification, revenue, clients or investment results. Examples use synthetic or credited public data. Test code and workflows in an isolated environment, and revalidate dated vendor, legal or regulatory material before consequential use.
Support and remedies
For access, duplicate payment or file issues, contact hello@kinetivy.com with the payment reference. Do not email card details, passwords or identity documents. The refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
