These products are digital books and guided learning readers. No physical product is shipped and no shipping charge applies.

Delivery after payment

After a captured payment is verified, the confirmation page provides a ZIP containing the complete PDF and EPUB, together with access to the corresponding browser reader. Save your payment reference and private access code. Online access codes expire after 30 days; downloaded files remain available under the personal-use licence.

If confirmation is delayed

Use My library to recheck a saved payment confirmation. Do not pay again while a payment is pending. If captured payment does not provide access, contact hello@kinetivy.com with the payment reference; we will check the payment and restore delivery or review a refund.

Cancellation

Before payment, you may close checkout without purchasing. There is no subscription or recurring billing. After digital delivery, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
